  • They have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions

  • 3. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Factors

  • Detailing Dynamics shall not be held responsible for issues arising from:

  • Pre-existing conditions

  • Previous repair work

  • Aging or weakened components

  • Manufacturer design or assembly variations

  • 4. Component Removal & Reinstallation

  • In order to achieve optimal results, certain services may require the careful removal and reinstallation of vehicle components, including but not limited to trims, handles, mirrors, bumpers, and spoilers.

  • While Detailing Dynamics follows professional and industry-standard procedures, the customer acknowledges that in rare cases:

  • Clips, fasteners, or fittings may experience wear or reduced retention over time

  • Factory-installed seals, adhesives, or bonding materials may not perform identically after reinstallation

  • Such outcomes may vary depending on the vehicle’s age, condition, and manufacturer design.

  • 5. Factory Seals, Adhesives & Water Tightness

  • Modern vehicles often rely on factory-applied sealing systems and adhesives.

  • Detailing Dynamics handles all components with care; however, in rare instances:

  • Factory seals or bonding materials may behave differently after removal and refitting

  • Variations in water tightness or sealing performance may occur

  • Detailing Dynamics does not provide sealing or waterproofing guarantees for any removed or reinstalled components.

  • 6. Electronics, Sensors & Calibration

  • Vehicles equipped with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), sensors, or electronic components may require recalibration following removal or reinstallation of certain parts.

  • Such calibration:

  • Is a standard manufacturer requirement in some cases

  • Is not included in Detailing Dynamics services

  • Should be carried out by an authorized service center where necessary

  • Any associated costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • 7. Inspection, Delivery & Reporting

  • Customers are advised to inspect the vehicle at the time of collection.

  • Any concerns related to the service must be reported within 7 (seven) days of completion.
