These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure transparency, set clear expectations, and maintain a smooth experience for both our customers and our team. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

Detailing Dynamics provides professional automotive care services including, but not limited to, Paint Protection Film (PPF), detailing, polishing, and tinting.

All services are limited to cosmetic and surface-level enhancement and protection. Detailing Dynamics does not undertake mechanical, electrical, structural, or manufacturer-level sealing or waterproofing services.

2. Customer Authorization & Acceptance

By approving and proceeding with any service, the customer confirms that:

They are authorized to approve the work on the vehicle

They understand the nature and scope of the services

They have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions

3. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Factors
-
The customer acknowledges that vehicles may have pre-existing wear, prior repairs, hidden defects, or manufacturer-specific tolerances that are not visible during initial inspection.

Detailing Dynamics shall not be held responsible for issues arising from:

Pre-existing conditions
-
Previous repair work
-
Aging or weakened components
-
Manufacturer design or assembly variations
-

4. Component Removal & Reinstallation
-
In order to achieve optimal results, certain services may require the careful removal and reinstallation of vehicle components, including but not limited to trims, handles, mirrors, bumpers, and spoilers.

While Detailing Dynamics follows professional and industry-standard procedures, the customer acknowledges that in rare cases:

Clips, fasteners, or fittings may experience wear or reduced retention over time
-
Factory-installed seals, adhesives, or bonding materials may not perform identically after reinstallation
-
Such outcomes may vary depending on the vehicle’s age, condition, and manufacturer design.

5. Factory Seals, Adhesives & Water Tightness

Modern vehicles often rely on factory-applied sealing systems and adhesives.
-
Detailing Dynamics handles all components with care; however, in rare instances:

Factory seals or bonding materials may behave differently after removal and refitting
-
Variations in water tightness or sealing performance may occur
-
Detailing Dynamics does not provide sealing or waterproofing guarantees for any removed or reinstalled components.

6. Electronics, Sensors & Calibration
-
Vehicles equipped with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), sensors, or electronic components may require recalibration following removal or reinstallation of certain parts.

Such calibration:

Is a standard manufacturer requirement in some cases
-
Is not included in Detailing Dynamics services
-
Should be carried out by an authorized service center where necessary
-
Any associated costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

7. Inspection, Delivery & Reporting

Customers are advised to inspect the vehicle at the time of collection.
-
Any concerns related to the service must be reported within 7 (seven) days of completion.
Claims raised after this period may not be considered related to the service unless clearly demonstrated otherwise. -

8. Warranty Coverage

Where applicable, warranty provided by Detailing Dynamics is limited to:

Installation quality
-
Product-related defects (e.g., peeling, bubbling, or material failure)

Warranty does not cover:
-
External damage or accidents
-
Improper maintenance or aftercare
-
Issues related to vehicle components, electronics, or pre-existing conditions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Detailing Dynamics’ liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the value of the service provided.

Detailing Dynamics shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Third-party repair or service costs

Loss of vehicle use
-
Mechanical or electrical failures not directly caused by our workmanship

10. Third-Party Assessments

Reports, opinions, or findings from external workshops, dealerships, or service centers are not automatically considered conclusive evidence of responsibility.

Any claim must establish a clear and direct link to the services performed by Detailing Dynamics.

11. Goodwill & Customer Support

Detailing Dynamics values long-term customer relationships.

In situations where there is uncertainty, assistance or compensation may be offered at the company’s discretion as a goodwill gesture, and shall not be interpreted as an admission of liability.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
