While ceramic coatings are great at protecting surfaces, they're not indestructible. Taking good care of them is still really important for them to last a long time.
Ceramic Coating Terms for Warranty

1. Warranty Period:
The ceramic coating and PPF applied by Detailing Dynamics is covered from the date of application to a period mentioned on the invoice.
2. Maintenance Recommendations:
To maintain this warranty, regularly wash your car. We recommend using Ceramic Wash and treat it at least once a year with Ceramic Glaze. Follow provided guidelines, including avoiding harsh chemicals.
3. Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damages from accidents, neglect, vandalism, Bird droppings or unauthorized modifications.
4. Claim Process:
Notify Detailing Dynamics promptly if you believe there's a warranty issue. If there is a clearly visible reduction in shine and/or color during the guarantee period, despite the application of the maximum level of protection, the specialist named on this guarantee certificate will carry out the Ceramic Guard treatment again.
TIP. Bird Droppings:
Remove bird droppings immediately. Although Ceramic Guard slows down the impact, bird droppings must be removed straight away with a soft, damp cloth or sponge. The damage caused by bird droppings can hardly ever be repaired and does not fall under the terms of the guarantee.
